Terms
All sales are C.O.D.
Approved accounts are net 30 with established credit.
Deposit
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to tag and hold trees for 30 days unless otherwise negotiated. After 30 days, there will be storage and maintenance fees charged per tree per month.
Delivery
Delivery is available at a truckload rate. Customer is to provide adequate equipment and personnel at customer’s sole risk to unload material. Driver is not responsible for unloading. Excessive waiting or unloading time will be billed at $50.00 per hour. Payment is required prior to unloading material on all C.O.D.’s.
Claims, Liability and Warranty
Lone Star Trees gives no warranty, neither expressed nor implied, including no warranty as to the longevity or productivity of the trees sold. Trees are guaranteed to be healthy at time of shipment and true to name. Any claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of material. Liability is limited to the purchase price. Claims are considered only on fully paid orders. Buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred for collection. Purchasing material from Lone Star Trees constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated.

We are a family run business established in 2000 located in Central Texas and we can direct ship to nurseries or projects across Texas. Lone Star Trees is committed to growing the highest quality specimen trees for wholesale to the nursery and landscape professionals of Texas. Our trees are hand-picked from the best available liners on the market. These trees go through several stages of root pruning to ensure optimum root development and prevent root spiralling. Special care is taken when digging and transplanting trees by ensuring proper root ball sizing as well as optimum soil moisture. We take pride in properly curing our trees before moving them to ensure optimum vigor and survival. We would appreciate the opportunity to become your wholesale tree supplier.
